I ran today for the first time in a little over a month. (Actually it was a month yesterday!) I got up at 5:00 am to run with Yvonne and it was lovely! (Minus the fact that I didn't sleep last night anyway!) I missed running and if three miles each day is what I can do to maintain my sanity, three miles is great. I am just going to enjoy my 30 minutes of running each day that I can. It seems so strange that I am not training for anything...for the first time since May, 2004 that I haven't trained for a May half marathon (at least) It is very strange but somehow liberating that I can just run for fun!
