What's up?

So let's see, once again, I haven't posted in a little bit.  Life is busy y'all.

I have hardly run...but still am okay with it...gotta get a couple races lined up.
I have started (well two days in) a strength training program.  My arse is telling me I did too many lunges yesterday!  I am following a plan from bodybuilding.com  It is 12 weeks. 

I started to work full-time.  Today is day 2 of that too...so far so good.
