March 27, 2011 - stopped Pill
First cycle after pill was Annovulatory
May 10, 201 - started next cycle
May 28, 2011 - Ran my Annual May Half Marathon
June 2, 2011 - Positive HPT (CD9)
June 3, 2011 - blood test confirms pregnancy
June 16, 2011 - met with NP about pregnancy do's and don't
June 21, 2011 - Rhogam injection
Week of June 20 call dr office to telling them about spotting, they tell me no problems. I called several times
June 30, 2011 - first ultrasound, baby measuring small - saw heartbeat. I expressed concern and was told that dr couldn't see me.
July 1, 2011 - called dr office to beg for an appointment told they didn't have any and I would be fin until next week.
July 2, 2011 went to ER due to spotting/ was sent home after the the ultrasound couldn't find the baby's heartbeat, everything still looked good
July 3, 2011 - woke up at 12:30 in horrific pain, began spotting more. Know I am miscarrying.
2:30 am call doctor and was told that there is really nothing they can do, tylenol for pain.
spent the next several hours in pain and passing many clots.
8:30 passed the last large clot and pain subsides
9:30 - called dr. My actual dr was on call and she says 'I am so sorry, I wish there was something I could do for you' She tells me to call first thing Tuesday for an appointment on Tuesday
Tuesday, July 5, 2011 - call dr office at 8:30 am. Was told they couldn't see me until Thursday.
Call new doctor and was told I could be seen Wednesday at 10:00 AM. and they apologized they couldn't get me in sooner
New dr is great, we do some labwork, etc over the next few months. Everything looks completely normal
January 9, 2012 - my dr calls with results of CD3 labwork. All normal. I have a mini meltdown and he refers me to specialist in Cleveland
January 11, 2012 - meet with specialist. New plan of action in place.
January 16, 2012 - Jeff has appointment at the specialist.
January 17, 2012 Dr calls me to tell me all tests for Jeff are completely normal.
January 28, 2012 - started period, call dr. Monday am scan and bloodwork
January 30, 2012 - Blood work done, scan of ovaries was great! Started day one of Clomid 100 mg
January 31, 2012 Day Two of Clomid 100 mg - no side effects
February 1, 2012 Day Three of Clomid 100 mg - no side effects
February 2, 2012 Day Four of Clomid 100 mg - no side effects
February 3, 2012 Day Five of Clomid 100 mg - no side effects
February 6, 2012 HSG - my tubes are perfectly clear!
February 8, 2012 Scan shows that I have three eggs matured and a fourth close. Will have hCG trigger injection this evening between 9-10pm
February 10, 2012 - IUI Done. Everything went really well.
February 17, 2012 Progesterone Blood work done.
February 20, 2012 Progesterone is 80. I ovulated. I did a HPT and it is negative. RE states he doesn't rely on HPT until the days of the missed period.
February 24, 2012 14DPIUI. HPT - NEGATIVE - waiting for period to start
February 29, 2012 finally started period. Had a scan which shows I have a cyst. Nothing to worry about, it should go away on its own. Can't do IUI this month. Can try on our own. Call dr when I start my next cycle
March 12, 2012 - still waiting...I am ready to start my period so we can get this ball rolling.

March 26, 2012 - CD2
March 27, 2012 - CD3 scan showed good. we are set for IUI this month. I will start the Clomid this afternoon. Taking 50 mg every day for CD3-CD5.
April 4, 2012- cd11 scan. Showing five follicles. Three on one side and two on the other.
April 6, 2012 - cd 13 scan showed five mature follicles, warned of multiples, many times with this many follicles they will cancel but the dr said we were pressing forward
April 7, 2012 - IUI # 2
April 13, 2012 - progesterone draw
April 17, 2012 - results of Progesterone - 142!!!! Holy Moly! All that really tells us is that I ovulated.
April 24, 2012 - saw specialist. Had a scan. all looks good. I was trained on giving myself Follistim and Ovidrel.
April 25, 2012 - CD1...150 Follistim Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Got to Cleveland Monday am for a scan and blood work
April 26, 2012 - Local OB/GYN called to find out if I had started my period. My progesterone was so high last time he thought that this was it!
April 30, 2012 - scan at Specialist - looks good. Estrogen level is 342. 3 good follicles sizes 13/9/9 Change of dose of Follistim to 100 for tonight (4/30 and 5/1) go back to Cleveland Wednesday am for another scan and blood work.
May 5, 2012 - 3rd IUI
May 7, 2012 - start Progesterone twice a day
May 13, 2012 - Mother's Day
May 18, 2012 - blood test - NEGATIVE
June 19, 2012 - follow IVF protocol
