{{Keeping it real}}

so let's see, the last time I ran was um, December 28th.  Hmm.  I am going to blame the weather.  Although I fear most was laziness.  Well, next Tuesday am starts half marathon training.  Gotta get my rear in gear.  I am following a new plan for this race - running 5 times a week.  I hope this is the right plan.  It seems realistic and as long as I get my week day runs in at 5:30 (on the dreadmill) I can run the weekend run outside. 

that is the plan 12 weeks..eating healthy, running...getting ready for the beach!
