Over the weekend, I discovered a new running group (just starting up) at our local Y. Most if the people are beginning runners. It put a light in me. I met up with a couple of them Saturday afternoon and ran. It was so refreshing to see running through their eyes. I remember beginning running and I celebrated EVERY victory. I loved being able to share my years of running (10 years in July!) I have high hopes for this group.
Tomorrow am is half marathon training and I can't wait for my 5 am wake up!
